Hoop Technologies Inc. Refund and Return Policy
At Hoop Technologies Inc. (DBA Hoopfit), we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Return Period: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, free from damage, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Fees may apply. See below.
2. Return Process
Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our Customer Support team at return@hoopfit.com. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Return Timeline: Authorized returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Failure to do so may result in the return being declined.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Hoop Technologies Inc. is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Evidence of Damage or Defect: For returns due to damage or defect, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue before a return or exchange is authorized.
3. Refunds
Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your order before shipping, a fee will be applied to cover payment processing costs. For orders paid via credit card, a 3% charge will be deducted from your refund. For orders using "Buy Now, Pay Later" services (such as Affirm), a 10% charge will apply.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the product's purchase price will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, testing, and recertification costs.
Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees, installation fees, and promotional discounts applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.
Condition-Based Adjustments: Refunds may be adjusted if returned items are damaged, incomplete, or missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Dispute Disclaimer: If a chargeback or dispute is initiated through your payment processor, Hoop Technologies Inc. reserves the right to suspend processing of your return or refund until the dispute is resolved. Additional processing fees may apply.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or purchased during limited-time promotional events are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Warranty
