What ages is Hoopfit for?
Hoopfit is designed for players of all ages and skill levels. It works with size 7 and size 6 basketballs; size 6 uses the included ramp.
Do I have to be out there rebounding?
No. Hoopfit rebounds the ball and passes it back. Your kid can pick a trainer-led workout and follow along, or just start shooting.
Will it work with our hoop?
Hoopfit works with most hoops that are firm and stable. That includes almost all in-ground hoops and portable hoops with a weighted base. Not sure about yours? Email a photo of your setup to support@hoopfit.com and we'll take a look.
What else do we need?
An iPad or iPhone to run Hoopfit (not included). An iPad is recommended for the larger screen, and Vision Assist requires one. Hoopfit comes with the machine and the rebounding net; bring your own basketballs.
How does it compare with private training?
Hoopfit doesn't replace a trainer or coach. It gives your kid the reps between sessions, any day of the week, with no session to book.
Can the rest of the family use it?
Yes. Hoopfit is built for players of all ages and skill levels, so siblings and parents can get shots up too.
Can it stay outside?
It's built for outdoor use in the driveway or at the park, but it isn't waterproof. Store it indoors when you're done. It's lightweight and fits in the trunk of a car.
